WeCare Marketing Services:
The Yes, WeCare Magazine
The Autumn issue (Issue 9) of the Yes, We Care patient magazine went out in April to over 35 000 captured email addresses.
Once the emails were sent, we got reports that told us the following:
- How many of your patients received the mail
- How many of your patients opened the mail once they received it
- How many of your patients clicked on the magazine link to read it online
- How many email addresses bounced
– (didn’t reach the patient, usually because the email address is captured incorrectly)
These reports were sent to you through the WeCare Business Centre, where you could see how your campaign performed. If you are not receiving these reports, please inform the Business Centre and make sure we have your best email address.
Email Broadsheets – A New Way to Sell
If you have a list of products you’d like to promote to your patients, send us the details and we’ll set up an email broadsheet and send it to all your patients. You get a full report afterwards on the results of the campaign.
This is great for seasonal promotions and we’ve already had a few requests for flu season broadsheets in the past few weeks.
We’re currently developing “Smart Email Broadsheet” templates, which will have a list of our top products and suggested prices. You can use this service if you don’t have the time to put the info together yourself. Watch your inbox for the first one coming in July.
SMS Marketing Made Easy with the “WeCare” Management Suite (App)
You can send your patients an SMS to collect a repeat script, a birthday message or even a special promotion straight from the App…
There’s no need to sign up to a costly SMS’ing service online, it’s all in one place and pay-as-you-go.
We’ve made this process simple by putting up templates that you can customize and send quickly through the app with purchased SMS credits. We recently added a message template for Ramadan at the request of one of our Muslim members.
At this point, the templates are in English while we work on our multilingual skills 😉 Watch this space!
