KLINICARE Blooms Pharmacy have just gone the extra mile to make life a bit easier for their clients – they have launched the first-ever drive-thru pharmacy service in the Eastern Cape.
Getting what you need from the pharmacy has never been easier. It’s now as simple as one, two, three.
WhatsApp your order to the Klinicare staff, pick it up at the drive-thru window and off you go.
The team at Klinicare Blooms Pharmacy ran a pilot project to put the new service to the test.
Orders were sent through on the Whats-App number.
“We only need four minutes to make up the package. So, when your car pulls in, your order is ready and you can simply pay and go,” said Deon Schoeman, the man at the helm of the Klinicare group.
“We have been doing a significant amount of prescriptions a week, which tells me there’s a need for convenience.”
The inspiration for the new service stemmed from Klinicare’s desire to meet their clients’ every need and parking constraints in Fourth Avenue.
The drive-thru ensures your trip to the pharmacy is fast, convenient and very secure. The entrance to the drive-thru is located in Newton Street and exits in Cape Road.
Once clients reach the window, they simply ring the bell, pick up their order and choose cash, credit card or medical aid before they are on their way again.
So, moms and dads, when you’re forced to make that after-hours trip to the pharmacy with a sick child in tow, you can go in your pyjamas and get what you need without ever having to leave your car.
